That would be really bad if you were a pony and you had a unicorn who didn't like you. They could totally control you. Ex: Stop you from flying.... o_o FRIEND ALL UNICORNS. lol

But Twilight's special talent is magic, so I think she would have a bit more magic than "normal" unicorns.
I remember Spike said something like this in "Boast Busters".

Now Trixie is a unicorn you would want to look out for. She has more magic than normal unicorns (not as much as Twilight though) I know that if you make Trixie mad she will probably use a spell on you. She used a spell on Rainbow Dash that zapped her with a lighting bolt.
